About API

Why API

We don’t just make products. We work as an extension of your team.

Always Ready to
Build What’s Next

API has been solving construction challenges since 1963, when the Klein family founded Beavertown Cast Stone to meet a growing demand for precast masonry.
Every decade since, we’ve evolved, listening to what builders need, adding new services, expanding production, and refining our process to deliver smarter, faster, more dependable results.

Today, we operate from a 32-acre campus in Middleburg, Pennsylvania, allowing us to serve a growing market area fast and efficiently.

API Timeline

Why API?

Whether we’re assisting with early design, budgeting, or job site coordination, our experienced crews and technical experts show up, follow through, and keep projects on track. We’re built around relationships, not transactions.

Committed from Day One

API gets involved early because that’s when the biggest gains are made. And we don’t disappear after delivery. We walk job sites, troubleshoot in real-time, and stay accountable until the job is done right.

Built to Perform

We build every product to meet the real demands of construction: tight schedules, complex specs, and unpredictable site conditions. Whether custom-fabricated or modular, our solutions are tested, refined, and backed by a five-year warranty.

Ready When It Counts

API invests in the people, production capacity, and logistics partnerships to keep your project on track. We build around your schedule, deliver when others can’t, and bring solutions that minimize staging, reduce risk, and avoid costly delays.

certifications

PCI-Certified. Performance-Proven.

API operates a PCI-Certified plant, meeting the industry’s most rigorous standards for quality, safety, and consistency. Our facility undergoes two unannounced audits each year, conducted by independent engineers who verify that every product meets or exceeds national benchmarks.
